Using your phone to check Facebook and Instagram posts? Are you\ninterested in building a town on your phone when you are sleeping?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sleep Town, a time management app, can help you build\ngood sleeping habits and a virtual town at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this app, you\ncan set two alarms to remind you when to sleep and wake up. If you go to bed and\nget up according to the time you set, you will be rewarded a virtual house and\nbonus which can allow you to unlock different houses in a virtual shop. If you fail, your house will be\ndestroyed in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can invite\nfriends to join them and build world-famous architectural masterpieces together,\nfor example, the Mont Saint Michel, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trey Huang, a\n19-year-old student who has been using the app for eight months, says: \u201cFriends\ncan watch out for each other when building houses. You can build your house and\nyour friend\u2019s one at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huang thinks it is\nnot easy to change his biological clock at first. \u201cWhen the pandemic first\nstarted, my routines were disrupted. I slept in the morning and played what at night.\nMy friend invited me to build world-famous architectural masterpieces with him\nby using Sleep Town. At first, I lost the game all the time. My town was full\nof ruins,\u201d Huang says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMy big town\u201d in\nthe app is where users can see all their well-built architectures and ruins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/varsity.com.cuhk.edu.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/en_screenshot_1-576x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17276\" width=\"266\" height=\"471\"\/><figcaption>&nbsp;Photo courtesy of Sleep Town.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI can see many beautiful\nhouses in \u2018My big town.\u2019 It motivates me to build more houses. Now my sleeping habit\nis back to normal after three months. I go to bed before 12:30 a.m. and get up\nat 8 a.m.,\u201d Huang says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGamify Your Life\u201d is a slogan of Sleep Town\u2019s\ndeveloper, Seekrtech, a digital company from Taiwan.
