Located at the northern tip of Lantau Island, Yam O Bay is a place for storing logs. Logs are floating on the sea, forming a great raft. The site is also a paradise for photographs and tourists. Visitors are surrounded by wood--wooden huts, a wooden footbridge, floating logs and wooden boats.

A flag reminds vistors of safety.

Marked wood waiting to be transported, cut and milled.

The floating wood plank is the only way to walk around.

An abandoned boat and piles of logs form a lonely scene.

An old boat stands by a wooden platform, safeguarding the whole raft.

Yam O workers need high concentration, excellent balance and great skill to get around.
