Venice of Hong Kong
Photo and text by Sam Yung

It only takes you about two hours to Venice. What’s more, it costs you less than a hundred dollars to get there. This is the real picture in Venice, but not the one in Italy. It is Tai O in Lantau Island which is nicknamed as Venice of Hong Kong.

Left: He will not care who is the captain or who is the crew. What he cares is to keep serving-pull tight.
Right: The small canal — “Wan Shui To” — will sooner be found only in history books as social development goes on.
