Miss Lam also starts her morning with a fresh breakfast she make for herself, a step she has decided to take to slow her pace of life. But this is just the first step to actualise the ideal life that she wants: "When I get up in the morning, I make myself a breakfast and have it really slowly. Then, I wash the dishes, read a book, watch a movie, take some photos and a walk." Miss Lam has also learned to slow down when pursuing her hobby of photography. The actress used to snap without thinking, but she has now learned to patiently wait to capture the best moment, she said. She has also treasured more the relationships with her friends and family.
