The RegCo '98 Sand Sculpture Competition

    On November 15th, Clear Water Bay was turned into an art museum. People from Hong Kong and other foreign countries participated in the RegCo '98 Sand Sculpture Competition. This competition, which is held every year, had attracted many artists as well as tourists. You can build your sand castle, in the same way as people build their ideal worlds with their hands.
